What computers do you use?

Apple 27″ iMacs and a 17″ MacBook Pro

What imaging software do you use?

We use Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Lightroom 4 for all of our processing. Most of our wedding images are processed in Lightroom with a small number going into Photoshop for finer retouching.

How many weddings do you shoot a year?

Typically, we shoot anywhere from 20-30 weddings a year. If time allowed, we would do more!

How long have you been shooting professionally?

The first wedding we photographed was in February of 2007 and things have snowballed since. We worked in the public school system while we built our photography business. Thad quit working to pursue photography fulltime in June of 2010 and Sarah in June of 2011.

Who do you use for online proofing?

Pictage! They are simply the best! Their system makes it extremely easy to upload, organize, share, and sell your images.

Who does your web hosting?

Hostgator. Extremely reliable and easy to use service!

How did you learn Photography and Photoshop?

By working together with other photographers and practicing all the time. When it is what you love, it becomes all you do. That’s how you get good in any persuit.

Who makes your wedding albums?

We use Leather Craftsmen for our leather bound albums and Blurb for coffee table style albums.
