Anna & David are a special couple. I’ve known Anna for most of her life and I consider her and her family as an extension of my own. We were super excited when they asked us to photograph their wedding this coming October. Their engagement session was held on NC State University’s campus. Even though we had to fight through several small armies of mosquitoes, we had a blast with Anna and David. We can’t wait for their wedding!

We had a great time with Doua and Yupheng during their engagement session. They were naturals in front of the camera. Like Sarah and I, they both work in the same field. Except in their case, they work with the optics of the eye instead of a lens. They undoubtedly have a wonderful connection and work well together. We were excited to work with a couple that knew exactly what they wanted with their pictures. Their wedding should be a wonderful event next year!

Sarah and I had am amazing time at Laura and Paul’s wedding. It took place on a beautiful October day during the last weekend of the State Fair which made for some great fireworks at the end of the night. Laura and Paul are such an easygoing couple and are a pleasure to work with. Their wedding reception was held at the NC State University Club where the inspiring Ben Suggs of Southern Entertainment kept the dance floor rocking all night. At the end of the night, Laura and Paul exited to spirit fingers!! Definitely a first for us and quite possibly just as exciting as anything else you could use!

Ricky & Meredith… what can we say about these two? First off, they are awesome to work with. As photography lovers, they had a good idea of what they wanted and were great models for the camera. We even gave them our cameras and let them take pictures of each other. Sarah and I had a long double wedding weekend and topped it of with their engagement session which turned out to be a beautiful day with a great couple, even if we did break a sweat in the summer sun. We started out at Yates Mill County Park and ended up at NCSU campus in Raleigh, NC. Don’t they look amazing together!?! We can’t wait to photograph their wedding!
